FS220BI Series Ductile Iron Spring Applied Disc Brake

The FS220BI spring applied disc brake series provides up to 6750 in-lbs (763 Nm) of static torque (based on linings with no wear). FS220BI spring applied disc brakes are single acting with floating mount and fixed disc.

  • Requires 750 PSI (52 bar) of pressure for release
  • Ductile iron construction
  • Replaceable high-grade friction material
  • Safety brake with high force storage capabilities
  • Accommodates disc diameters up to 16 inches (406 mm)
